Gulls - Isle of May
Of all the British gulls (ie commonly found - not including Iceland Gulls, Caspian Gulls, etc) I think the Kittiwake is the most handsome.
The Lesser-black backed gulls are the more common of the bully boys. I've seen then eat anything from song birds flying over the waves to live rabbits, not that they were alive for long.
The next generation is assured!
I wondering what the gull to the right is thinking?
This looks strange - I guess it must be strange light, no one else reported a Yellow-legged gull, so it has got to be 2 Lesser-black backed gulls.
